Here's my tribal frog, the first one was made in purely in pencils Link is here [link]

Decided to redo the warrior in a more dynamic pose and angle. Also, ended up scanning my pencil sketch and working it up a bit digitally.

EDITED: Adjusted the color of the eyes to hopefully help it read better :)

There is something wrong with his legs. It's not frog-like. The details are quite disturbed. Why is the tongue at his ear? Before sketch has more definition.

hey there debbiemore, i think this is supposed to be humanoid so the legs are fine. the before image has more definition mainly because it's a black and white sketch so you see more of the character as opposed to the after which is colored. considering the character is crouched therefore more shadows are formed. IMHO, the after one is way better than the before seeing as it is more dynamic, and details were pushed more too. :)

I didnt want the legs too frog-like thats why it looks like that, i wanted more of a humanoid frog type creature. :) His tongue? oh... thats not his tongue, thats part of the loincloth, i added the length to show the movement of the pose.

What exactly do you mean the before sketch had more definition? :)
